How to Capture a Screen Shot

For Windows Vista or Windows 7:

  1. Open Snipping Tool by clicking the Start button , clicking All Programs, clicking Accessories, and then clicking Snipping Tool. If you do not see it, follow the instructions for Windows XP.
  2. Click the arrow next to the New button, select a snip type from the menu, and then use your mouse or tablet pen to capture a snip. Save the image.

For Windows XP:

  1. Download Screen Capturer (http://www.screencapturer.com/), install it, and follow the instructions to capture and save the image.

For Macintosh:

  1. Press Command+Shift+4. Click and drag the mouse to highlight the image you would like to capture.
  2. Release the mouse button. The image will be saved to your desktop with the name Picture #1 (or #2, #3, etc., depending on how many you have).
